How to use this tool

A live view of the current time in major cities worldwide, updating every second. Handy for a quick check on whether it is a reasonable hour to call someone.

  1. STEP 1Open the page — the clocks start immediately.
  2. STEP 2Scan the list for the cities you care about.
  3. STEP 3Use the time zone converter instead if you need a specific future moment.

Every clock is driven by your device's own clock and the IANA time zone database. If your computer's time is wrong, every row here is wrong by the same amount.

All inputs and calculations stay in your browser; TimeKit does not send your entries to a server.

Frequently asked questions

Why is a city showing tomorrow's date?

Zones far to the east are already past midnight. The date rolls over at a different instant in each zone, which is why a Monday evening call from New York reaches Tuesday morning in Asia.

Do these clocks keep working if I lose connection?

Yes. They run entirely from your device's clock; nothing is fetched from a server.
